1. Nation-wide Free Delivery (only applied for order worth at least 500,000VND).

2. Upon receiving order request or order information, Trang Sports staffs will contact with customers to confirm the order. 

Customers can pay directly to shippers when receiving products (COD). We can ship nationwide.

Free COD Delivery fee free for orders from 500,000VND.

We only accept orders within Vietnam.

3. After Trang Sports staffs have confirmed all information provided in orders, we will delivery immediately in the fastest way possible:

– Within Ho Chi Minh City (including Thu Duc, Binh Chanh,…): from 01 to 03 days maximum (based on working days).

– Within other provinces/cities: 04 days maximum or earlier (based on working days).

4. Items that are allowed to be exchanged/ not to be exchanged or returned/not to be returned are subject to these cases:

a. Items allowed to be exchanged, not to be returned:

• Technical/Manufacture faults (with warranty policy at Homepage).
• Damage caused by delivery.

When new items are sent to customers for exchange: delivery fee will be paid by the seller.

b. Items allowed to be returned – repayment: items delivered that are wrong according to design, specifications as in an order.

c. Items not to be exchanged/returned: items that are used without any problems to the products.

NOTE: Sale Policy can be changed, added in with more conditions for suitability or to support customers, we will notify beforehand.
